Anywhere that sells basic Hot Wheels. If you're in the U.S. I suggest trying Target and Walmart or the like. Toys R Us would probably have them too. Grocery stores may be a bit behind but they'll probably get them as well.
ok, thanks. i only looked at fred meyer so far and cannot find it there. toys r u canada doesn't have it either.
