The teal color on this Superbird along with its metallic red rims looks fantastic! This may not be the super treasure hunt version but it's still looking amazing!
No. The Superbird and Charger Daytona are different cars.
If you're comparing the Hot Wheels versions, they are very different. The Charger Daytona is both longer and wider than the Superbird.
If you're comparing the real life cars, they have some similarities. They're both built on the B-body platform so they share basic dimensions and drivetrain options and they're both homologation specials so the cars could be run in NASCAR. The Charger Daytona is based on the '69 Charger and was only built for 1969. The Superbird is based on the Road Runner and was only built for 1970.
This car looks a lot like the Dodge Charger Daytona. Are they the same car?

Thanks for the info! They look the same to me, but now I know they are different.
DeleteYeah, they're basically identical. (Other info, blah, blah, blah.)
