This is very creative Hot Wheels design, and maybe even useful. Why? It's because this car is also a multitool! Although I doubt anybody would ever use the tools seriously, the Tooligan does come equipped with a 3/8 wrench, 1/4" hex in the chassis, and a ruler that goes up to 3/4" in the front. But either way for a dollar toy car, it's a neat idea!
